    Very quick shipping. Packaging was okay. Item was described as a size 7 1/2, but when the liner was removed there was the manufacturers tag saying it was a 7 1/4. Billy Smart's inked name has been removed from the liner, the feather replaced and the hat is on the stretcher. Overall, a good value for the price paid.
