Ideal for milk frothing
Clips on the side of the jug and is easy to adjust the depth (and hold the position) and move to a position so you can see the dial. Its stainless steel so is easy to clean and easy to use. When the needle gets into the red zone you are at the right temperature, even with my poor eyesight I can see this!.
It looks right and like all the best things if it looks right it probably is.
