Beto stirrup pump
Once we realised that the lever worked the opposite way to previous ones ie down to get it on tyre everything worked perfect. The instructions we couldn't understand at all...much too complex !! But hey ho as long as the pump did the job we are happy. Good sturdy metal frame which should last better than our old plastic one, which incidentally had folding foot bits which did make storage easier. Good pump good price.

Nippy little secateurs
Great for intricate dead heading and small pruning where secateurs are not pointed enuf. Also the spring is concealed so that it can't keep dropping out. Only problem is as I love them so much I have to discipline myself to not abuse them by cutting too thick pruning. I prefer the straight ones but could only find curved ones with concealed spring. However they are almost as good
