Sweatin to the Oldies Set
3 of 3 found this helpful It's easy to follow, funny, encouraging and reminds me of my high school days. But the funny thing is...even young people find it fun to exercise to.

Life in the White House by Robert P. Watson
I purchased this paperback book to add to my collection of books about the White House. We recently purchased a home that is a replica of THE White House, so I've become interested for the purpose of decorating, furnishing, etc. I actually had hoped for more pictures, but though it wasn't a pictorial, I read it. Once I started, I couldn't put it down. Well written and laid out. You can pick and choose which chapters to read. I became engrossed in the human interest stories about various colorful first families who occupied the home. Additionally, the history of the building of the home and the influence of the various administrations, a true saga, kept my interest. I found the book very readable, humorous, and even tragic in many ways. I would recommend it to any red blooded, patriotic American....or wannabe.
