    Good item but poorly packed in re-used 'Zon envelope so that it arrived with fold damage. Poor comms when I requested packing care beforehand, and again when I reached out for help afterward. Normally Seller is better than this.

    This is completely untrue, every one of these we send out using exactly the same packaging. Specifically bought stiff cardboard large letter packaging. which is brand new. The product is brand new. We have never had a complaint about poor packaging, especially not for this product. And we have been selling them for several years. Every bag is checked for possible damage before sending. It seems very strange, that the buyer actually asked us to send the "best one" at the time of purchase.
