    A great read for Sales Professionals
    If you want to improve your negotiating skills, in business, or in life, this is a must read. This book takes "active listening" to a different level and guides you how to ask the "right" questions to get the information you need, whether someone's life depends on it or not. One of the most insightful books I've read.
