Superb customer support
Excellent universal remote - was able to configure it for my TV, HDD, DVD and Freeview box. Also, not only is the database of supported remote controls huge and covers most devices, if you find your device is unsupported the support staff at Superior will quickly add it to their list. They also fixed an issue where 2 buttons on my remote were switched, and sent an update the very same day.

Does exactly what you expect.
My touch phone screen stopped working and this allowed me to connect a usb mouse to it and control it that way. Works perfectly.
