  The seller is,well you decide! Paid the buy it now price,seller didn't contact me until I asked Ebay to intervene, he then started to complain that I hadn't paid,I replied saying if you had contacted me I would have paid you already, he then demanded bank transfer without me even seeing the vehicle, I refused and said I would pay via official channels in Ebay, he then cancelled my order without giving any reason. What more can I say !!! Beware!!!

  It’s unfortunate when trading on eBay you have to contend with buyers that are a bit short on common sense, when you bid for a item UNSEEN you under take to pay within 48 hours, NOT expect the seller to wait a week for you to get back from your holiday then decline the item. There were no DEMAND for payment just a request for payment to be made. One good thing is you can ban a buyer from bidding on your items in future
