Spring was too weak

The spring was too weak which caused the slide to lock open after each shot. Yes I installed it correctly with the upper pin installed 1st. It is a very simple part you would think they would get it right.

Perfect tone arm

I built my own turntable with a Microseki direct drive motor and used on of the chinese knock off Rega Designs. I learned my lesson. The real thing is the only way to go. Its perfect.
