Just the job
Great for restraining hanks of cable. Used so far on vacuum cleaner, lawn mower, hedge trimmer, and spare extension lead. Now I can walk into the garage without getting tied up -- AND I can easily unroll the cables when I need them

Wish I'd had one before!
This stand is strong and stable, and supports the bike in convenient positions for working. I just used it when I replaced a bike's drive train, and I reckon the convenience, time-saving, and lack of stress on that one job has already made the purchase worthwhile!
There are 4 feet which can spread quite widely for stability, but this means you need space behind, as well as in front to set up the stand. I found the fact that you are forced to create enough working space before you can deploy the stand is another factor making the final job so much easier.
Only very minor issue is that the support doesn't go low enough to hold the bike with both wheels on the ground. I can live with that.
When folded for storage, it fits into a small corner.
Good value, because a national chain of bike & car spares shops has an uncannily similar item in their bike hut at around £40.

Great Bag to Protect Car!
I wanted this for a folding tandem, and the spec for this bag was not quite thick enough, but other dimensions were generous, and it looked more hopeful than anything else I could find.
RESULT!! The folding tandem just fits in with no further dismantling except removing the 2 external pedals. An unexpected bonus is that the bag makes it easy to lift the package in and out of the car. It fits in the boot of a Nissan Leaf with the back seats folded down, and into the back of a Saab convertible. I wouldn't want to be shipping the bike by air in this bag, but it does a great job of protecting the car from the spiky bits of the bike.
Very happy with it!
