Broken out of the box
They did a very poor job with the connection to their microphone therefore the earbud with the mic does not work unless you fiddle with the wire for several minutes

Great item
Couldn't be more happy with the quality of this product. I wasn't expecting it to be as nice as it is. Very happy I grabbed one

Overall great
1 of 1 found this helpful The triggers fit on easily and do what they say they will do, my only complaint is that the little screws are just not quite long enough and I seem to have to adjust them to almost the point of them falling out. Also they really needed rubber stops as the metal of the screws tears up the controller
