some releif
I'm a lifetime sufferer of sinus congestion. I use this together with Flonase, I apply the Flonase in the morning and use Sinus Blaster as needed in afternoons. It isn't dynamic but helps and does not cause the rebound congestion I get using a decongestant spray. The Flonase and Blaster combined help keep my sinus headaches to a manageable level and my sinuses somewhat clear.

useless
These are barely there scrapers. They've migrated to the back of my drawer and don't use them. Not flexible enough to actually scrape a bowl, not strong enough to do anything else. Just trash... you get what you pay for.

Original Leatherman quality
At first use of the sheath I thought the top loop was too long, but after I've loaded the tool upside down a few times I see that it is made to fit either way, that's fine as I get in a hurry holstering my weapon often. It is still new so not broken in and I take a little time to snap the top sometimes, use and muscle memory will alleviate that. Don't know if it will last, its just new to me now. I don't miss the elastic tool holder on other leather sheaths as I never used them. This is simple and functions as expected. A bit on the high side for price.
