Upon arriving I was worried because the box had obviously been roughly handled by delivery people but because it was carefully packed by seller in a nice towel it arrived unharmed.   I received my item purchased earlier than expected! Which was great. And the batteries were even included. However the item was sent in a flimsy box with no wrapping paper or bubble wrap. The tape on the box was off in several places. Fortunately the item was not damaged. The seller should consider sending items in more secure packages. The item is exactly what was described and I’m eager to display and enjoy it.

  My item was damaged upon receipt. The seller either did not package the item properly or the item was damaged before being mailed as the rack that holds the queue balls was damaged (broken pieces). Unacceptable. Seller should have secured the package better especially when transporting 12+ queue balls through the mail. Crazy!
