    Excellent seller. The macbook description was spot on. There was a full one year warranty obtained from apple on registration. The seller was very responsive and constantly in touch to make sure I had a good experience. The item was shipped on the very day the payment was made. The seller went out of their way to make sure that I had options available, either to collect or by special delivery as I wished. Would be more than happy to purchase something I needed from them again.

    This Macbook was as described, being open - never used, it was despatched promptly and was well packaged. To obtain the 12 months Applecare warranty, it was necessary to telephone Apple and to upload an invoice, it was not possible to register the laptop online. The seller helped by explaining the process and by emailing an invoice to me. Having a brand new Macbook with Applecare at this price represents great value.

    Towels never arrived, case opened & seller refunded without even bothering to contact me. Now I have to wait for my refund and find other towels while having nothing to dry myself on. I am disabled so do all of my shopping online. There was no tracking on the parcel and now they are out of stock in all colours. Did they even have as many sets as listed? I think not. This is an appalling service.
