    Add to plain flour for successful bread making
    Add this to plain flour, if you're struggling to get hold of strong bread flour. I replaced a couple of tablespoons from 450g plain flour with vital wheat gluten, it makes a decent loaf. (Experimentation may be required for your personal preference - there is lots of info out there on the internet) Arrived promptly and undamaged.
