Dogma- you must watch it!
I first saw this film on TV and was thrilled at the fresh take it had on the preventing-the-end-of-the-world story and on religion. It mixes various levels of humour from witty to smutty with a hint of philosophy and a clever core storyline, so could appeal to a wide age range apart from the swearing and occasional goriness (the only negative points). The main characters all have their own little quirks and are played by amazing actors. In short I feel excited, happy and even enlightened every time I watch this film and, trust me, I plan to do this again and again!

Do-able workouts!
Absolutely great for anyone who wants to keep a certain level of fitness but doesn't have the time or money or skill to join the gym or a sports club, as it can be done quickly and in the comfort of your own home (if you have enough space).
The DVD has 4 x 30 minute workouts and a 15 minute yoga stretch which you can combine together in any way and fit into your day- I now do at least one workout and the yoga stretch almost everyday and after a few days was seeing results. The different workouts do what they say on the box- work on a variety of bits on your body, including sufficient stretches at the beginning and end so you don't kill yourself doing them! All the workouts are to music- some of it is better than the rest but all of it has a good beat.
It's probably also suitable for any age (existing health conditions permitting) because the exercises you do don't require any particular skills and for the hard stuff there's always one of the trainers showing you an easy version. They also count the number of repeats you need to do and are doing so you have something to aim towards!
I would absolutely recommend this!
