What I was expecting!
All my standards were met with this product, from the condition of each book cover to the ink to each word. Also a lovely tale that’s a better experience than the movie, as great as it was, too.

Good Overall
Let’s start with the fact that when it arrived, the bag of parts was missing the fretboard. Other than that, the wood is smooth, the pieces all work fine and you can certainly use this to learn the ukulele. Overall, it’s what I was expecting for this price.

Good Overall
When I first received the book, I was so pleased with how well-kept it was during delivery. The cover is smooth and unblemished, along with the pages full of impeccably inked words. Frankly, I was more impressed with the book itself than the story, but I will have to take that up with Neil Gaiman himself. I didn’t really enjoy the writing style as he fails to fascinate me with Coraline’s character and thoughts, but I guess he was trying to go for a simple tale you can tell your child so they appreciate their parents more. Even if that is through a devilishly gruesome tale much different to the film :)
