Work out well if you do.
When you first take them you feel little bit shakey and sickly. I found they didn't suppress my apatite but whilst taking them I was still stuffing my face with junk and my weight didn't increase. I have a slow natural matablisim. So with will power they work. Don't take them to late in the day or you will be up all night. I think they are good don't be put off by the funny feeling you get it lasts around 20 mins and after two days of taking them it went away.
