SA Frequency Boost and G.Loomis NRX LP
There is an entertaining "5wt fly line shootout" published on the internet. One of the conclusions reached is that the SA Frequency Boost fly line is uniquely suited for the 5wt NRX LP rod. I have one of those rods and decided give the line a try. I've only lawn cast the line thus far, but if I do my bit, I can cast the line almost as long I can routinely cast a Rio Outcast Short 5wt line with the same rod, and the Outcast Short is a heavy integrated shooting head line (that actually weighs in as an 8wt, over the first 30') which is specifically designed for long casts at the cost of virtually any other characteristics. I am pleased. I've only given 4 stars, simply because I have not fished the line, and I also don't know how durable it will be.

MEC factory crimp starter kit for 8 and 6 point hulls.
A factory crimp starter kit, for both eight and six point hulls. However, I've never loaded six point hulls in my long life and don't like having to pay for a crimp starter I am not going to use. I've no complaints about the eight point crimp starter and new post, which were easily and quickly installed on my MEC progressive reloader. I just wish I could have bought the eight point starter without also paying for the six point unit.

Quality product
I have not fished with this pack yet, but it is a Fishpond, well-built and warranted for life. It is exactly as advertised, it appears to be a good compromise on size (not too big, not too small), it appears to fit well, and it has the features I sought, and at a fair price.
