Found this and decided to go for it.
Arrived as expected and very simple to build up 9 screws and two caps.
First used as a manual set event but then downloaded the app for my phone. Phone sits nicely on the display board and does not fall off.
Display figures are large and clear, easy to read and the controls are simple to operate. Speed can be adjusted with preset increments up or down or by using the minus or plus keys. These give the option to reduce or increase in 0.1 increments.
Speed can also be adjusted when accessing the different training runs in the same way. Helpful if like me you attempt something which you are not quite ready for.
If operating it with out a preset plan then speed can be adjusted to please whilst using.
Emergency key tag is good but needs to be attached at waist height. If the switch is operative all recorded information for the training done is lost
If the machine is stopped correctly then a break can be taken and recommended with data stored still available. This the same with the app.
Have had some good work out over the first week and have been able to see progress on my stamina and general fitness using this machine.
Well pleased and satisfied.
If I had one complaint it would be picky to say that the free issued drinks dispenser does not fit into the receptacles on the display board
