Worthwhile reading
As a newbie to mycology I found this book extremely readable, informative, and encouraging of my ability to improve my knowledge and skills, and learn to safely harvest some of the more common edible species in New England. It’s not a reference volume, of which there are many, and they are usually not nearly as engaging for pleasure reading as is this title.
