Carafe Handle Design Issue
0 of 1 found this helpful Less than a week, 3 days actually, the handle separated from the carafe. A review of where it broke revealed that the screw which attaches the handle to the metal band around the carafe pulled through the plastic handle. Very poor design. We now have to put a cup under the machine to make espresso which makes a mess when you try to remove the cup because the cups are taller than the space made for the carafe. Bad design, will not buy one of these again.
