Fitting for 2020
As I am reading this book in November of 2020, it reads to me as if he wrote it during this pandemic diseased, racist/rioting, political hatred year. We are all Abba's Child, he loves you just as much as he loves that friend you unfriended because of their political views, because they displayed a Black Lives Matter sign in their yard and more. It helped me understand my codepended self and how I need to show love to all of my neighbors.

A doctor who tells it so you can understand it
Dr. Wahls does a great job telling her own story as well as describing how the body works in terms everyone can understand. Buy the book, read it and try the diets then watch your health improve.

Awesome phone and so easy to use.
I love this phone. I had a blackberry for years but didn't really need a phone that required a data plan so I did some research and found this phone. It is light weight and thin. The keypad is great, I like it better than the blackberry I had even. I greatly recommend this phone.
