Troublesome remote control

Easily set up. Generally simple to use but have had problems with the remote control not switching item on/off. Sometimes it's quicker/easier to just get up and switch off at the box. I have also had an issue with being unable to switch off at the power button on one occasion - I had to switch off the power at the socket. Since then it seems to be ok. Unable to program the remote to power off my TV, it does power it on, but not off - may be my TV? Overall I would rate it as 'satisfactory'.

So far so good but no 'tilt'

Sturdily built. Easy to press buttons. Can set hours, minutes and seconds. Choice of 3 volumes (lowest is more than enough for me) middle and highest settings are loud and very VERY loud. Once the alarm has sounded, if not switched off, it counts the time beyond the alarm. It has a magnet in each corner at the back, unfortunately all my metallic white goods are integrated so I have nowhere to place it at eye level (which makes the display hard to see when I'm standing), an optional hinged stand at the back so you can tilt it backwards would negate that issue. Takes 2 x AA batteries.

Fatal flaw!

Generous size, easy to assemble. Fry kept getting caught between the plastic frame and the net, resulting in dead fry. Will not use this product again.
