Useless
It doesn't work. It won't charge my simple, basic Alcatel phone and that's the one I bought it for.

Excellent replacement for 60W incandescent architectural tubes
Excellent replacement for 60W incandescent architectural tubes but if you are mixing these tubes with incandescent tubes be aware that the colour of the light is quite different. These tubes give out a very white light in comparison with the yellowish orange of the 60W incandescent tubes.
They are quite expensive but consume only about 8% of the power of the incandescent tubes with similar or slightly greater brightness. It is claimed that they last much longer and, given that they are LED lights, they should. Time will tell.

It works
Unlike some others at much the same price, this one actually works. I use it to charge a very basic Alcatel "one touch" phone, not the "T'pop" phone (whatever that might be).
