Bike chain splitter works OK
This bike chain splitter is not a high-quality tool but it works (provided you keep an eye on what it is doing) and it is good value. The black plastic knobs on the tommy bar can fall off. It is nice that it is hexagonal in construction so that you can put it in the vice and therefore not rely on the handle in the bottom right.

Strap wrench set
0 of 1 found this helpful Rubber and plastic strap wrench set - seems good for reluctant jam-jar lids, screw-top bottles, oil filters etc. Rubber seems good and grippy (provided it is not oily) and plastic handles seem OK. One for the kitchen and one for the toolbox.

Waxed Polyester cord NOT as displayed
The thread is OK but it didn't come on a reel as displayed in the photo. It came in a zip-lock bag and it will get tangled as I use it. £2.50 ish for 15m seems a bit over-priced for twine like this especially when it does NOT come as displayed.
