Don't even try without reading this first!!!!
Tim Shackleton's book on weathering is rapidly becoming the most read book in my collection.
It makes sense, is easy to read,and his step by step procedures are "simples"
Me and painting do NOT get on but this book is taking the pain out of the process.
If you look at his finished results he very obviously knows what he is doing.
A serious MUST read for anyone who wants to improve the standard of realism in their models.

MUCH IMPROVED ANTEX SOLDERING IRON!!!
The new mains leads in silicon carbon is a great step forward,,,what a difference.
Difficult to improve a good product but they seem to have achieved that,,, well done Antex.

A quality product from a quality company.
Small,, easy to use,, good readouts of temperature and an excellent company to deal with.
I particularly like the flexibility of the iron cable,,, usually they stick and trap at every opportunity.
I should have bought one many years ago as it would have made my model making much easier.
