If you are serious about opening your eyes by knowing yourself, go directly to the source, yourself - disregard authority so you do not get second or third hand information about your own self. A must read.

Ideal calcium combination
Calcium's absorption does not take place properly if it is not combines with everything else this product has. k2, D3 and magnesium are key components.
