Fun time hopping adventure

A very well produced shooter adventure with an original setting. Totally enjoyable. Like a lot of this style of game it's over a little too soon.

Almost great

I write this in the context of not having played Black Ops. I think I've played just about every war shooter on the PS2 & 3 and this is the slickest of them all. The environments are furnished with extensive attention to detail and each level environment is very distinct from each other. Play is intuative and has no complex set of controls to have to remember. The game is very entertaining as a game should be. The down sides is that it is over fairly quickly. It is also fairly easy on normal difficulty. I don't like games that are over-tough or have frustrating passages of play, but well constructed challenge would be good. The game doesn't really bring anything new to the table other than a higher level of production than anything preceding it. Overall an impressive game that is a must-play if you like this sort of thing.

Nodded off

I'm not an anime fan but do like Sci-fi. I was swayed to buy this movie because of the positive reviews. I may possibly have liked it more if was already familiar with the characters from the TV series, but I have never seen the series. The grungy common environs of the future world juxtaposed against and in spite of the advanced technology I liked. Aside from that I didn't find anything to greatly like about the film and the stylised elongated legs of the main character annoyed me. Overall I was bored by the whole thing and slept for the last third.
