  A delightful surprise to receive this package the day after purchasing. Opening to find the seller had carefully packed and artfully presented the items, alongside a note of appreciation.   Was previously told the item was in "pristine" condition but upon inspection there was stains on the mattress Furthermore after enquiring what floor the item was on for delivery I was assured it was ground floor but was actually second floor, resulting in additional delivery costs

  Hello, The bedframe was indeed in pristine condition, exactly as described. As for the mattress, minor stains were clearly mentioned in the listing and shown in the images provided. Regarding the delivery, I would like to clarify that I never confirmed living on the ground floor — this information was never discussed or agreed upon. Thank you.

  Before the boots arrived the seller sent a message to state they had not realised that one of the heels was missing. (I don't know how they did not notice as they photographed them). I asked for a slight refund to reflect this or the missing heel cap. Instead the boots arrived without either. I contacted the seller and they did not bother to respond. It has cost me £9.00 to have reheeled so I am not impressed. I would not recommend this seller at all.
