Wiring made easy
5 of 5 found this helpful I have wired bikes from scratch before, but this made it the easiest job yet.
The unit is small enough to hide away pretty much anyway. All wires are olor coded and labeled which completely takes the guess work out of it. They are also long enough to wire an entire bike with plenty to spare.
Depending on the application, the correct wire gauge is provided. Great.
Everything you need in terms of connectors comes in the box, even the neutral switch cap. The provided connectors are weather proof, another big plus. Considering you want to use different colored wires when wiring your bike and how much it would cost to buy them separately, this box was actually not expensive at all. Not the mention the fuse boxes and relays etc. - which btw are inbuilt in this little box of magic.
My only dislike about the application is the way the two wire bundles leave the controller. It's ok and in my case worked, but it adds another 2 inches to the size of the box because you can't really bend all the wires right there.
I used this wiring kit to wire an old shovelshead and everything worked without issues - except that i can still crank the bike even when engine start switch is in off position. Not sure though if it's me or the design, and I double checked everything.

Great quality product
Very sturdy anchors with plenty of hardware to install.
The additional ratchet straps are solid.
Looks good on the truck, easy installation.

Looks good but quality...
These headlights look great on my 94 K1500. They come packaged very well and install is easy.
The bad thing is that a piece of the bracket holding the headlight broke off after one month and a second piece snapped off as well (holding the aduster rod). This left the headlight bouncing around.
I fixed it with plastic super glue but it is just very disappointing.
I will have to replace these lights soon because I am no longer able to adjust the beam.
