Total Disappointment & Frustration
1 of 5 found this helpful Right out of the box, and after a 2 hour ordeal with a representative offshore in eastern Europe, (who by the way was one of the nicest individuals I have encountered,) it was determined that it was defective.
He arranged for the exchange with CUJO, including a return label. This
took about 3 days to obtain.
Sent it back and am awaiting a replacement, i hope. Since I don't have a
store "receipt" am finding it difficult to be positive? Fingers crossed.
