Automatic kid proof light switch!
Bought this for the downstairs loo so that the light comes on automatically. It switches on very quietly (so not disturbing anyone at night or very early morning). The kids are always leaving the lights on! Problem solved.
Connection was pretty easy but if there was a moan, it would be the cover for the terminals. I used 1.5mm lighting cable and the opening is very tight. I cut a bit more plastic away so it did crack under load.
Apart from that, great! I saw a 'chrome' finish one soon after and bought and used that instead but this one was very fit for purpose, just that my Mrs wanted chrome lol.
GREAT BUY.

Quick melt glue sticks
They are what they are but I found them slightly narrower than my original Bostik ones. My gun is quite old and the original sticks tended to either get jammed or not melt quick enough making me think my gun was faulty. However, tried these new ones and they melt very quickly. They were also glue-like, not just melted 'rubber', absorbing into item to improve adhesion. Ideal for making cardboard boxes (the reason I bought them). Would recommend with the Bostik gun. Others may be equally successful.

Good all round kettle but a little more hard wearing would be good!
2 of 2 found this helpful It's a kettle! It boils water! It does what it says on the tin BUT when they designed it, they obviously (in my opinion) didn't expect it to last more than a year or so. For £25 or so, what do you expect? Hopefully one which doesn't break when 12 months is up. I live in a hard water area so I guess that may have something to do with it but this is our second of the same make and model and both lids fell apart. Initially the spring on one side falls out rendering the 'pop up' lid useless. Also as time passes the lid lock fails ... Lid opens ajar, kettle boils but the auto stop doesn't stop. Ok, it can't damage by boiling dry as there is a thermal switch but does get in the way if you boil more than one kettles worth. As you empty the water, you hear a loud click (thermal switch activating) so you have to wait a moment, switch off at mains (or lift kettle) for everything to reset. All in all an 'OK' kettle which holds a fair bit even if the filter takes up most of the capacity. If you are in a soft water area, you'd probably be fine ... no filter required particularly AND you can fill higher up. We bought two so mustn't grumble too loudly. If it had lasted another year or two and bee a slightly better finish, I would have given it 5 stars. Alas 3 is an accurate measure in my experience, it does what it's supposed to.
Sorry no pics.
