  Item arrived in damaged packaging and figments bag was ripped and old. Item was in ok condition, built it but noticed it didn’t fit the mattress - upon inspection I had been sent a different item to what was ordered. Contacted seller offered refund of £20 to keep or return - no packaging available so need to source a box 😠

  Buyer reported an issue with received item and full support had been provided right away. While arranging free door collection for them and packaging, they have decided to leave this feedback even though full refund given.
