Not what I expected. Pictured is what I expected.
I thought it was Total Body- Maximum Body Sculpt with Traci Long. It was a combination of that and a bunch of other stuff I’m unable to do. Might be good for younger people, but was too much for this 63 year old. I found what I was looking for at a Goodwill store finally!
