I love this
1 of 1 found this helpful The handle is sturdy and with the weight it just glides along, it doesn't hurt my back like others. Incredible amount of steam, the on/off finger control makes it safe to just let it sit on hardwood while you are moving something. NO water build up left like my other steamers but you do not need it because the cleaner cleans up week old plop of ice cream you missed :). I really like the shape of the triangle, it gets right in-between the toilet bowl and wall, around your cupboards, right up against the wall, and your stairs if they are hardwood. The pads just pop into washer and do not collect fuzz or leave any. It does not leave a soap scum which I was worried about, the whole floor just shines. I like it so much I'm getting my son and daughter- in- law one for Christmas.

Can't live without it
3 of 3 found this helpful Ignore reviews about the pads leaving white fluff, these little guys hold up to anything. I have had 2 steamers for my hardwood floors, first was a mess, second is stellar, lightweight and no water residue but its a problem waiting for heat and getting up a dried glop on kitchen floor. Swifter beats out everything, no chord, I can do the whole house without unplugging anything, not only is it light its a bit taller so there is no strain on your lower back, its a piece of cake on a glop, you just run over it a time or two. Best part because I was worried, leaves absolutely no residue, you can do a quick spot clean and you can't tell where you started or ended..no more DRIED glop, I just grab it, shoot, and clean up the spill. Not to mention that it twists almost automatically so if you are doing a kitchen or bathroom just the wet pad will get into those small spaces. The size is perfect, it fits my wood stairs you can just do a quick zip with just the wet pad and they are perfect. I use to do them on my hands and knees with a wet rag. And we are back to...I can't live without it.

One of a kind
After trying everything on all my stainless, applying, rubbing, buffing and still streaks my son sent me a bottle of this. It goes on easily, spray into the paper towel not on appliance, wipe, clean off excess, DONE! My cleaning person tried it and was amazed, she has stainless too. E-bay was the only place I could find the exact product, got a two pack, one for me, one for the cleaning person. I love this product.
