  The seller cancelled my winning bid without even asking, I just asked for the actually photo since s/he is not using the actual photo of the item. I believe the seller doesn’t want the outcome of the bidding, probably the seller is expecting to get higher bids.

  Dear Buyer, RE: Conduct You recently attempted to purchase an item from our company, asking for the serial number of the item in a private message. We withheld this information and cancelled the order as you wouldn't be able to determine the status or condition of the screen as per your message, unless your were already of the owner of the device? We cancelled the order as you attempted to fraudulently obtain the serial number for other purposes.
