Gentle dermabrasion.
I always keep some handy and use at least 2X per week for my easily irritated skin.

Helped greatly!
This syringe/needle helped us to restore the adhesion to our vinyl flooring without having to replace it. We used diluted carpet seam sealer and a rolling pin, and it worked really well. Cleanup was with mineral spirits.
