  Seller sent me a stained,ripped, and dirty sweater that they strategically hid in product photo. (More stains than in the pictures-eBay limits 5 pics) )The entire bottom band of the sweater was missing-they claimed they didn’t look at it before sending. We both agreed on a partial refund that worked for us both. At that point, they stopped communicating, never sent the refund, and I had to have eBay step in to facilitate return.
