  THE METAL BITS ON THE TED BAKER BLACK BAG WERE TARNISHED! SELLER DESCRIBED THE BAG AS ‘IMMACULATE’ BUT CLEARLY, IT WASN’T! THE SELLER DID NOT RESPOND WELL WHEN I CONTACTED THEM, INITIALLY SAYING I WOULD HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN IT & DENIED ANY ISSUES. I DECIDED TO IGNORE ANY FURTHER RUDE MESSAGES & OPENED A SUCCESSFUL CLAIM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WERE EXTREMELY POOR & THERE WAS NO ACCEPTANCE FROM THEM THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM, DESPITE ME SENDING PHOTOS!
