Awful !
The Hose reel is not strong enough to reel the hose back in with lots of care and time!
My hose also started to leak in several places after being used just three times.
The hose fitting won't stay on the tap attachment as soon as I turn the tap on, the water pressure blows it off it's fitting. It can only be used if I turn the tap on just a little, which is pointless as the hose produces just a trickle (if it's not coming out of the leeks).
I should have paid more money and purchased a better quality product.
More landfill !
