  I purchased this backrest under the mistaken impression that it was a complete chair, as the images showed it within a chair with armrests and a seat, which were misleading. I was very disappointed to learn through communication with the seller that it was only a backrest. My frustration increased when the seller refused to accept an immediate return, before the item had even been delivered. Would not recommend buying anything from this seller.

  The ad clearly states the word BACKREST and the first message I sent to the buyer was BACKREST, contacted ebay to confirm with them and they confirmed that my ad wasnt misleading at all and the backrest was already shipped when the buyer complained and basically said that i must have stole this backrest from someone's chair lol
