  Parcel delivered but had been opened during transit. Tried to resolve the issue even though no damage was done to the contents of the box, only the exterior wrapping paper which the seller says was the original wrapping paper that came with the item purchased. This was not mentioned in the listing and the item was not packed securely as the parcel had been tampered with as opened by someone before it was delivered to me. Item was poorly packed and not secure.

  Package tampered with during Royal Mail delivery. Gave sincerest apologies offered full refund multiple times. Buyer insisted on partial refund and refused to return to receive refund in full.
