Badly Packed!
1 of 1 found this helpful Although the product is good value for money it's lightweight material means it is liable to dent and bend. Unfortunately the platter was packed with only cardboard to protect it - possibly something like hard board or loads of bubble wrap in a big box might have been better?
It arrived dented in the post. I have bent it back into shape and it looks OK for its purpose but could not recommend.
