Doesnt work for mini ITX builds

had a 200w one of these that worked well, but bought this after I added an additional hard drive. the board does receive some power but it is insufficient for the mini itx build that is successfully powered by the 200w version of these. Apart from the difference in PSU power other differences include, Height barely fails to clear ram on board (of equal height) whereas the 200w one clears it by 5-5-10mm. The 12v lead is far far thinner than would be expected.
