Disappointed
Really disappointed with this Vax Steam Fresh Power Plus Steam Cleaner.
It produces steam sporadically, and when it stop producing steam, I have to remove the water tank, then the filter & on the advice of Vax Customer Care Team (a term I'd use lightly!!!) I then have to "blow through the filter like I'm blowing up a balloon to remove water from the filter". Then have to refit & start the process again, usually within five minutes when the steam cleaner (or perhaps it should be called a none steam cleaner) gives up again and stops producing steam!
All of the above means that a 20 minute job of steam cleaning the hard floors in my house takes double that time!
Come on Vax - the clue is in the name of the product!

Beautiful
Looks beautiful when used at night and casts its shadows. Perfect for fragrancing my home and with its 3 level settings can be adjusted to suit.
