a trip back in time
a really good, informative book, which has some unusual photos, and not always the run-of-the-mill
buses mentioned.
the book even touches on the essex trunk routes, by other operators, other than london transport, however i think too much emphasis was given to the 1985-1989 era, when privatisation took hold.
the author might have contemplated a time scale of 1965- 1985 and included a lot of reshaping that was happening between these times.
overall, good value for money, with a lot of memories bought back to life.
