Practical and well-made
For the price, this is very good value. The band fits well and seems to work reliably. I use it as a wristwatch, a step counter, sleep monitor and message notifier. The battery life is excellent. Note that the heart rate monitor works only on demand, so it won't automatically give you a record through the day - you have to remember to ask!
