Not for me but a good clean copy.
I am sorry to say that I did not get on with this book, I gave up after 100 od pages. I didn't realise it was magical realism - one of the few genres I don't get on with. The copy was clean and neat and good value. Just the content I wasn't happy with. It's being passed on to a friend.

Enjoying it more than I thought I would. Great buy.
I haven;t worn a watch since I retired eight years ago but I wanted something to track my exercise. This watch is perfect. It is so comfortable to wear that I don't know it's tere most of the time. I get calorie counts for my exercise, can keep rack of my BPM and it also encourages me to move more and ro spend time just breathing. I don't want it for the stuff my phone does but that's there should I change my mind.

A great follow-up to Well Fed 1
I have Well Fed #1 and it is the one cookbook I go back to over and over again and the one that has never failed me. This follow-up is also full of great ideas but to me it is a book that needs to bought alongside #1. I think it would have disappointed me if I had only bought this one or bought this one first. If you follow Paleo, low carb or Whole30 then I would recommend it. It just needs a little more investigation to get the best out of it.
