good if your a man!
my own fault did not look at what i would be getting but they all came as 5kg if you are a female to have to start your training on 10kg is alot so i had to buy a set that had some small ones in great for my fella though good price good post

does not make any diffrence
this item was sent out on time , the item got 1 flea which may sound like we don't have any but the cat still has them , my son bumped into it and the leg broke on it seems less flimsy than others ive seen but to me didn't make a difference enough for me to recommend others to buy it .

very helpfull
I brought these as my son found it slippy in the shower as he is disabled he is now of an age where he does not want his mom to go in with him so these were great good price and they are strong I wouldn't recommend for full body weight but as a support they have been great
